LMH products may not be relabeled or rebranded under a reseller’s own brand.

Resellers agree to promote LMH products professionally and in a manner consistent with our brand values and guidelines. Use of our logos and trademarks requires prior approval.

Resellers should maintain adequate stock levels to ensure product availability and timely customer fulfilment.

Resellers must disclose their primary sales channels (e.g., online, brick-and-mortar, marketplaces) and agree not to sell through unauthorised third-party platforms.

Resellers agree to provide a high standard of customer service consistent with LMH’s brand reputation.

Resellers must not sell counterfeit or unauthorised versions of LMH products.

LMH reserves the right to terminate reseller agreements if criteria are not met or if the brand is misrepresented.
